The seats are comfy and the popcorn is good the movies are pretty good but the candy there is a bit pricey
Cons: If you want a fountain drink and popcorn, you're in luck. Ask them to make fries or chicken fingers, expect them to look at you like you asked them to resite the Gettysburg Address. They are slowly upgrading things here and there. But it's clear there is little to no training going on. When the kid behind the counter took my order for mozzarella sticks, he stared at the deep fryer like it was a first date. He comes back and askes "Is this right"? Sadly he burnt half of them. First clue..if they are black.. It's burnt.
I think the service was slow the movie was 15 to 20 minutes late when my family had a 12:30 movie and it was awful . The seating was good and comfortable. It took to long for the movie to start.
Great prices and now great comfortable seats to sit in!

Where do I start? Ok pros: Usually you can go to an opening night and still be one of 5 or 6 people in the theater. They are finally installing comfortable seats. Also they do hire special needs peeps which I think is awesome btw.
Honestly a Great Theater! The Theater is never usually crowed and never are there long lines (unless you are there Saturday's and Tuesdays). The reason why I rated it only four stars is because the theaters are usually not very clean; when I come to watch a movie, I find left over popcorn on the floor, wrappers, etc.. Otherwise, Kinnelon Cinemas is a Great theater!
