I used to come here all the time and I'm done. Unless you go at a completely off time you're going to sit in a line of 10 cars which is ridiculous because the service isn't great. They vacuum your entire car and about 1 min min and then it gets shoved through the washer some people rub dirty rags around on the outside of it for a while and they call you over. I was constantly having to finish washing the car when I got home. Now I do have kids and dogs so their version of vacuuming just isn't going to do it. If you have a fairly clean car to start with you'll probably be happy. Frustrated, I went to the Riverdale Car Wash which looks like nothing from the highway but was completely impressed with the experience. I almost don't want to mention it because I like not having to wait in the line but I want people to know there's other options close by. For the same amount of money you can have a lot more time spent on the inside and outside of your car.
Service gets worse everytime I go. Attendents do not dry the car well and often times use dirty towels to wipe the car down. The owner is never around to talk to.
For what you pay it's a pretty good carwash. A lot of people expect a high level detail from an express carwash and that's not going to happen. They do offer detailing although I've yet to have them detail my car. This place moves very fast so if you see a long line don't worry about it, it's not that long of a wait. Also the bathrooms here are amazingly clean.
Car body is definitely clean, and interior is well cleaned. I pay for the unlimited wash plan, highest tier. It could be, in my opinion, a few dollars cheaper. But I'm happy with the level of clean
Worst car wash I ever paid money for. I had to ask for a towel and cleaning spray to clean my car myself. The car was suppose to be vacuumed but again didn’t even look like it was done. Had to go back inside and ask to speak with a manger to get the services done that I paid for. Woman at the front counter was rude and cut me off when trying to express my complaints. Will not be returning here.
